Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is the new national disability employment program, replacing Disability Employment Services (DES) from 1 November 2025. IEA is designed to support people living with disability, injury or a health condition to prepare for, find and thrive in meaningful work.
We’re proud to be part of this next chapter in disability employment. By combining the insight of medical practitioners, the clinical expertise of Momenta HQ and the national strength of Asuria, we deliver tailored support that helps people prepare for, find and thrive in meaningful work.
