Jobedge distinguishes itself through its unique partnership with Momenta, setting it apart from other employment service providers. Central to this collaboration are Momenta’s founders, Dr Clive Hume and Dr Paul Pers, who serve as Chief Medical Officers at Jobedge. With extensive backgrounds in rehabilitation, occupational health, and mental wellbeing, Clive and Paul bring a clinical perspective that is rarely found in mainstream employment services.
Their expertise enables Jobedge to provide specialised, medically informed support tailored to individuals with medical conditions, disabilities, and injuries. Unlike traditional employment providers which primarily focus on job placement, Jobedge, through its partnership with Momenta, ensures that participants receive comprehensive, personalised guidance that considers their unique health-related challenges and strengths.
From workplace adjustments and condition-specific coaching to mental health strategies and return-to-work planning, Clive and Paul’s insights allow Jobedge to create evidence-based employment pathways. This proactive and holistic approach not only helps participants secure meaningful employment but also ensures they are physically and mentally prepared to succeed and sustain long-term careers.
By integrating medical expertise into employment services, Jobedge goes beyond job placement—it empowers individuals to enter the workforce with confidence, resilience, motivation, and the right support structures in place.
