Jobedge, a leading provider of Disability Employment Services in Adelaide that brings together the knowledge of experienced medical practitioners, Momenta HQ, through its joint venture with national employment services provider, Asuria, is proud to announce that it has been appointed by the Department of Social Services to deliver the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program across Northern Adelaide, Western Adelaide, and Murraylands, commencing on 1 November 2025. IEA replaces the current Disability Employment Services (DES) program.

Since 2018, Jobedge has delivered the DES program across Adelaide, securing strong, sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability. This contract win enables Jobedge to support more people in Northern and Western Adelaide, where our caseload has grown significantly, and to begin providing services in the Murraylands region for the first time. Together, these additions will increase our caseload by more than three times, helping more South Australians with disability to find and retain meaningful employment.

Jobedge will deliver the IEA program across the following locations:

  • Murraylands: Murray Bridge, Tailembend, Coonalpyn, Lameroo
  • North Adelaide: Modbury, Salisbury, Edinburgh North, Virginia, Birdwood
  • Western Adelaide: Port Adelaide, Torrensville, Woodville

The IEA program aims to help people with disability, injury, or a health condition to secure and sustain meaningful employment, while also supporting employers to adopt inclusive recruitment and workplace practices. Jobedge’s deep understanding of the barriers people with disability face in the workforce positions it as a trusted provider, ensuring participants and employers alike receive the support needed for long-term success.

Jobedge distinguishes itself through its unique partnership with Momenta HQ, setting it apart from other employment service providers. Central to this collaboration are Momenta HQ’s founders, Dr Clive Hume and Dr Paul Pers, who serve as Chief Medical Officers at Jobedge. With extensive backgrounds in rehabilitation, occupational health, and mental wellbeing, Clive and Paul bring a clinical perspective that is rarely found in mainstream employment services.

Their expertise enables Jobedge to provide specialised, medically informed support tailored to individuals with medical conditions, disabilities, and injuries. Unlike traditional employment providers which primarily focus on job placement, Jobedge, through its partnership with Momenta HQ, ensures that participants receive comprehensive, personalised guidance that considers their unique health-related challenges and strengths.

From workplace adjustments and condition-specific coaching to mental health strategies and return-to-work planning, Clive and Paul’s insights allow Jobedge to create evidence-based employment pathways. This proactive and holistic approach not only helps participants secure meaningful employment but also ensures they are physically and mentally prepared to succeed and sustain long-term careers.

By integrating medical expertise into employment services, Jobedge goes beyond job placement—it empowers individuals to enter the workforce with confidence, resilience, motivation, and the right support structures in place.

Jobedge Director, Carolyn Mounce, says: “Delivering the IEA program is a transformative opportunity to empower individuals with disability across Adelaide by providing tailored, innovative support that meets them where they are. At Jobedge, we’re committed to breaking down barriers and building bridges to meaningful employment, ensuring every participant has the tools and confidence to succeed in an inclusive workforce.”
